Pakloop + Doobert
Keep Doobert for transport. Run your rescue's team in Pakloop.
Doobert is known for its volunteer transport network: rides across cities, partner rescues and coalitions. Pakloop focuses on the inside of one small rescue: who can take the next dog, who's covering meds tonight, and how the vet bill gets paid. Lots of rescues will want both.
No card, no contract. We set it up with your team.
"Can we pull in our historical data?"
It's the first thing rescues ask. Your animals come over from Shelterluv or a spreadsheet, past animals included.
Upload a spreadsheet of your animals
Export your animals as CSV or Excel from wherever you keep them and upload it. Pakloop matches the columns for you, shows anything it can't read so you can fix it, and matches each animal by its ID, so uploading a newer file updates them instead of adding them twice.
- Name and animal ID
- Species and breed
- Age or date of birth
- Sex, weight and color
- Status and intake date
- Spay/neuter
- Vaccine dates
- Microchip
- Description (becomes the draft bio)
Dogs and cats come over today.
We do the move for you
Send us the files you have. We bring in your animals, rebuild the forms you already use in Pakloop, and walk your team through it. Setup takes about a week.
What stays in Doobert

What Pakloop adds
The day-to-day running of your rescue in one place: a "Can we say yes?" check before you take in an animal, a Pack Board where local needs get claimed by someone nearby, foster matching, meds reminders, and vet bills tied to a fundraiser so you can see raised vs. owed.

Questions rescues on Doobert ask
- Do we have to stop using Doobert?
- No. Keep Doobert for long-distance transport and finding partner rescues. Pakloop runs the work inside your own rescue: intake decisions, fosters, local needs, meds and money.
- Can we pull in our historical data?
- Yes. Your animal list usually lives in your records system or a spreadsheet. Pakloop brings it in from Shelterluv or any spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), past animals included. If you run fosters through Doobert, send us what you can export and we'll bring it over during setup.
- Can Pakloop book a Doobert transport?
- No. The two aren't connected. Post long-distance runs on Doobert as you do now. Local rides your own volunteers can cover, like a vet run across town, can go on Pakloop's Pack Board.
- Doobert has fundraisers and foster tools too. What's different?
- In Pakloop they're tied together. A vet bill you snap a photo of becomes that animal's fundraiser, and the same numbers feed the "Can we say yes?" check before your next intake. Fosters, meds and needs all live on the same animal.
- What does it cost?
- The founding rescue pilot is free. No card, no contract.
